Service was excellent. There was, however, a glitch in the scheduling software. I never received and email to my personal email notifying me of which appointment (I was allowed 3 choices during purchasing) I was given. So, he arrived at my townhome at 0759 on Monday 01 December morning. I, unfortunately, am on vacation this week and was sound asleep. So, the poor guy got to greet me at the door half asleep. Apparently, Angie's did not send an email to my personal email address. The system sent one through the internal system's email which I had no idea to check. This needs to be corrected. KWE

Arrived on time and seems to have done a great job. Replaced a part at a reasonable price of $40. Took shoes off before entering my home!!! Very kind and well kept.

Very pleased to have found First Class Plumbing and HVAC. We have used them 4 times now. All different plumbing or HVAC issues... They arrive on time, complete the work in the time stated and On BUDGET. Seem very knowledgable and honest. We highly recommend for large or small plumbing issues! In addition, HVAC they installed works great and is so efficient . Just had them clean/service our older HVAC units to keep them running well.

I have used First Class many times for various HVAC and Plumbing projects in my house. Arty is very professional and VERY good at what he does. If you want someone who will attempt to actually FIX something instead of always trying to upsell you to buy new equipment, you should call First Class. You will be pleased with your decision.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I had gotten 2 other estimates. It seems that I did not need to have one half of the work done the other 2 companies had said I did. "Arty", the owner of "First Class" was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had a big name agency come and fix a clog in my pipes. They said I needed a new hot water heater. Their price was high. I found Arty and scheduled for him to change it instead. His price was much more reasonable. He came out to my house and proceeded to tell me that I didn't need a new hot water heater yet. He also gave me some signs to look for if there were any issues in the future. I was shocked! I will be using him for all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs from now on!

We had Arty out previously to our home to repair some leaking vanity faucets that had been installed by another plumbing company, which he fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. Two days before we were to have the final walk-through in a home we were selling we found out that our washer could not be moved because of stripped valve connections. My husband contacted Arty by phone who advised us what to do to correct the problem. When that failed, he called him back and I'm sure Arty gave at least another 20 minutes of his time discussing the problem with my husband. It was decided that he needed to come out, which he did on a Saturday afternoon, and repaired the problem after making a trip to Home Depot to get the correct parts. Our washer was moved without incident, and the walk-through went great the next day. For the second time, Arty did a great job for us, along with a great attitude and professionalism. I hope we don't need a plumber in our new home, but if we do, we know who to call.

I recently bought a house with an 11-year-old AC system. A home inspection revealed that the condenser just wasn't cooling the air as it should, meaning that it either needed to be recharged or replaced. I called a few service providers to find out how much it would cost to evaluate and First Class responded with the least expensive service call and same-day service -- in the rain no less! The technician showed up right on time and had all the right tech gear to measure air temperature and humidity, coolant pressure and weight - explaining what he was doing and why. Ultimately, he recharged my system with 2.25 pounds of R22 (again, outside in the rain), and charged just for the refrigerant and not an additional amount for the service call. When asked for his advice, he gave helpful pros and cons of maintaining an old system vs. purchasing a new one.

This company did a great job installing a new HVAC unit for my home. They went the extra mile, and they gave me ample time to look the job over when they were finished. They were prompt, professional, and honest. There were no negative surprises. I would absolutely hire this company again.
