+ -1 moreHighly recommend. Key was replaced with ease. Due to brand/model of laptop, West Knox PC Repair wasn't sure if I needed just key or entire keyboard replaced. Thankfully, it was just the key and significantly reduced my cost out of pocket. The only delay was waiting for the part to arrive in the mail over the holidays which is not fault of West Knox PC Repair. I wasn't in a hurry since son was home for winter break.
Description of Work: My son's laptop had one broken key
