The tech was very nice but the owner was rude when I called back because my unit quit working again. The tech had told me to call him back if it didn't fix the problem. When I called, I was told the tech had left for the day & he wouldn't be called back so I called the next morning. The owner answered & said he would not call the tech because he doesn't work weekends either and I would have to wait till Monday. He was very rude to me. I called another company to fix my unit. I will never hire this place again because I don't pay people to be rude or condescending to me.

Arrived promptly on time. Owner and installation crew very courteous and considerate. There were no issues. New heat pump system installed and all old parts removed. System was explained to owner and all questions were answered. Very satisfied customer. Would recommend. Thanks.

We scheduled an annual preventive maintenance for our 19+ yr old HVAC on April 23 and Mr. Taylor arrived on time and performed a detailed maintenance survey checking both the A/C and the Heat Pump. He checked the coolant levels, adding coolant, checking the thermostat and electrical connections as well as checking, cleaning, and changing filters. The adage of 'an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure' applies and Taylor Mechanical is professional, prompt, knowledgeable, honest and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Taylor Mechanical to anyone for maintenance, repairs or purchase of a new system.

Taylor has always done a very good job for me , on time and fix it promptly , and a fair price .

Taylor Mechanical came to our home and Jim "claimed" to put in freon in our A/C unit. Bryan came Monday and said that Jim did put in the freon, but we know that he didn't put any freon in there. He didn't even have a canister to put any freon in the line. They would come to put in freon every few days but it would continually leak out and they would not fix the leak. The fourth time my husband called he said "just forget it." They never would call or show up when they said they would. And they never fixed the problem. We spent over $500 and they did not fix any of our problems, even with black mold in our vents. I feel like they just didn't care about us. They took our unit, the top piece that was replaced, without permission and we had to call the owners just to get it back. We have forgived them but...... bad experience.

I contacted Taylor Mechanical after receiving recommendations from close friends who are electricians and have use Taylor for their own homes as well as for their church. I originally called Taylor Mechanical and left a voice mail. Jim Taylor called me back within 10 minutes and we made arrangements for the service appointment. Taylor Mechanical sent 2 servicemen who completely and thoroughly examined the HVAC system for any defects or possible problems, checked all the parts, then thoroughly cleaned and acid washed the sytem, and added the appropriate coolant. This was for my 89 year old mother's house and the heat pump-A/C had never been checked or serviced in the 19 years since its installation by another heating and air contractor in Monroe County. I was not pleased with the original contractor and knew I would NOT call him for service. Taylor Mechanical double checked all of their work and made sure the system was operating correctly inside the house as well as double checking the main unit operation outside of the house. Their charges were reasonable, they did not rush the job, they responded promptly when I called to get information and make the appointment, and the servicemen arrived for the appointment within the expected time frame. The 2 servicemen were knowledgeable, well mannered and very considerate and took the time to answer any questions. They are dependable and honest and will be our continued choice for maintenance and service, as well as the company we call if and when the current system needs to be repaired or replaced. This is a five (5) star company and I recommend them to anyone needing service or a new HVAC system.
