Description of Work: I used Bill's Appliance for fixing my refrigerator and said that it would be better to replace it with a new one. So we ended up replacing it.

+ -1 moreBill knew when we called about what the problem was. He arrived when he said he would, he had other calls in the neighborhood. Helped us fix our problem and left with the understanding he would come back at no charge for a limited time if the problem continued.
Description of Work: Our GE Monogram Refrigerator was freezing on the inside top shelf. Bill came, made several suggestions and told us if none of them worked we would then have to replace a, I believe it was a fan, part. He would order it, and if there were any problems he would guarantee the work for 60 days. We did what he suggested and the refrigerator has been fine ever since. We also called about our stove top, but he was so overwhelmed with work that he was unable to make an appointment date. We tried several things and were able to take care of it ourselves.

+ -1 moreHe said that he would come back and take care of any issues in the next 30 days for no charge. He gave us good advice. He is the only appliance repair person in the area that will service large appliances. He is a very small operation. He answers phone calls himself. He knew his stuff and what he has to do and what he was talking about. I wasn’t here when he came. My husband dealt with him. He solved the problem and he came when he said he would come. It is difficult to get him.
