+ -1 moreWhitaker Heat & Air came out, looked over the old system and gave us an estimate after determining that the old system which was 16 years old could not be repaired. He actually said that the furnace could probably last longer, but only installing the a/c would void any type of warranty. So, after deciding we would go ahead, Mr. Whitaker came out with two installers about a week before the install would take place and went over the entire job so when they came on the day we planned, they knew of any problems they may encounter and were able to face them. They were timely from the very first appointment to the day of install when they arrived at 8:30AM and finished up at 5:00PM. The installers were neat, professional and respectful of property. We are very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air work.
