Excellent Harold Styles was very informative, pleasant and after spraying the first time I’ve not seen any bugs.

It worked well. No complaints at all. He uses a treatment that is eco- friendly and safe around children and pets.

The first time they came to my home I paid them I think it was a $50 special to do around the house and everything. It was exceptional and that's why I was interested in the $240 for a year. I was so impressed with them and their attitude that I went ahead and got the year because they were running a special on Angie's List.

They do great. The guy came in & I ended up getting their one year package. I pay $240 for an entire year and they come out 4 times. They're reasonable on price and they're really nice people. I was really happy. They do their jobs. If it doesn't working out they send somebody back out. A lot of times it's not their fault. When the cold sets in the bugs come in. I usually get a response within 24 hours when I text them to tell them I've got a problem. The are punctual. They tell me they'll be there, they are there. As soon as I get my tax return I'll give them a call and get another year.

Extremely nice & knowledgeable. I contacted him initially because I thought I saw a termite near my house. I sent him a picture thru Angie's List and he replied within a few minutes (just a winged ant, thankfully.) When he came out to spray the whole house, he was friendly and didn't mind my questions at all. I saw 2 bugs that I thought were cockroaches in the Spring, but he explained that they were most likely wood roaches, then explained their features and habits. He even gave me tips on sealing & venting the crawlspace vents near the base of the house. 10 out of 10, will definitely call on this service again.

I thought he did an okay job but some of the renters complained. They didn't think he was doing a thorough enough job. My wife got somebody else but we don't have the apartments anymore. He was super nice. I would not rule him out. They just thought that he was just a little too fast.

ALL fine, but he was not able to provide the complete job that I particularly needed.

Mr. Styles came to our home at EXACTLY the promised time. He is a very friendly gentleman who gave us all the time we needed to show him & explain to him our problem. We then went outside & walked around the house to find the spot where the rodents might be getting in. He found the spot and then went ahead and treated the area. After he was finished, he came back into the house, explained exactly what he did and told us to give the pesticide 10 days to do it's job. If we had any additional problems, please give him a call. We will definitely use Mr. Styles again if needed.

I found Mr. Styles himself to be a very friendly and knowledgeable man inregards to pest control and the service he provided was as you would expect & hope. The bugs kept coming and so did Mr. Styles. I had no issue with his performance and when he says he stands behind his business 100% he means it. I struggled with whether or not to put this issue on Angie's List for over a year, but that is what Angie's List is all about; honesty, so I feel I have to share this experience. But let me say I 100% respect the way Mr. Styles handled the entire situation in the end. So here it is. My husband and I wanted termite protection because we are selling our home and wanted to pass the inspection and transfer that protection over to the new buyer. We made that clear upfront to Mr. Styles himself. He sent his sons over to install the terminte things around our home, and once we sat down to sign the contracts, it said that if we get termites they don't cover the damage. I questioned that because when I lived in FL we had Terminx and they covered the damage. His son said no one offers that coverage anymore, and stupid me, I just believed that, and signed the contract. When my husband got home and I told him that, he was furious. He called Terminx, found out that wasn't true, they said of course they cover damage, that's what terminte protection is all about, and hubby hit the ceiling. I texted Mr. Styles, and he said try to get Terminx to pay a claim they'll never do it and told me about a book some lawyers in Georgia wrote about Terminx not paying claims. I still have those texts so I can't be accused of lying, but I don't see Mr. Styles being that kind of guy. Anyway, I told him my father-in-law had Terminx in FL and got termites (true story!) and they came out and replaced everything right away with no issues. He was surprised, but apologized for everything. I told him I really did not want to do business any longer and was moving my business to Terminx because I needed to know I was paying for protection. Now here is the shocker. The very next day I received a full 100% refund in the mail. I did not ask him to refund my money. He did that on his own. He stood behind his business 100%. And a note with an apology. So on one hand I was disappointed but on the other not many people handle business so professionally, especially a small business like that. You've got to hand it to the guy, right? And I am sure he used it as a learning experience and his son won't make the same mistake again.

Harold was great. I really enjoyed talking to him, while he was working. He'll be back performing quarterly services to keep us pest free. Since he was here, we've seen one bug in the house about 3 days after spraying. None since. I'd say what the treatment has worked.

Mr. Styles is great to work with. Very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. My wife and I both work outside the home and they are very accommodating to our schedules. This is a locally-owned, family business and the service and pricing is just as good if not better than the bigger companies. I can recommend without hesitation.

They are a family business - you deal directly with dad or sons. They're responsive to phone calls and always helpful. Don't expect them to be on time - they're more likely to be early. I'm satisfied and my ants are gone.
