 + -1 moreWe have the every 3 months service. We pay $55 every 3 months. If it was anonymous, I'd probably give him a B because sometimes I call him and ask him to come out for certain things and he never comes. When he comes, he does fine and does what he is supposed to do and he does come every 3 months but like in between the contact covers, like if you have a problem...and sometimes he shows up right away and other times he doesn't. Occasionally I'll call him and he never comes and I have to call him back and remind him. Most of the time he's pretty good. He has been coming for several years. It's probably been since 2011.
Description of Work: We use Marshall Brothers.

 + -1 moreI absolutely love their service. They come once every three months and just charge $75.00. I live in the mountains and in the fall we are infested with lady bugs. Marshall's has been coming for 4yrs and almost eliminated the lady bug problem. They are very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them. Since I live in a log cabin we have also hired their services for pre termite treatment.

 + -1 moreOverall we are very pleased with their work, consider them good value for the money and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I used them to treat our new log home during construction in 2006 and have maintained our termite contract and quarterly bug treatments ever since. Scott Marshall (owner) personally treats our home sometimes with help of his son. During the summers we have had problems with carpenter bees and they retreat as necessary at no extra cost. The annual termite inspection is $125 on a 3600 sq. ft. log home.
