Bizzy B Plumbing & Home Improvement

I just moved here from Illinois, and was super overwhelmed with the many things that needed to be fixed at the house...the prospect of trying to track down multiple tradesmen to do all of these different things was daunting. I happened across Bizzy B's info on Yelp when I was looking for a plumber, and when Justin stopped out to help with that issue, he told me they could also take care of that entire (extensive) list, with no problem. Lance and Justin did, indeed, take care of that whole list, not the least of which was an exceptionally large fence in our yard that I was pretty sure we would have to scrap within the year. They said they could power wash it and paint it up, and it could have a lot more years of life AND look good. I thought it was worth the chance, considering the price of a brand new fence, and I was surprised beyond my wildest dreams that it could even look this fantastic! All of the work was excellent, and almost as important, they were both extremely friendly, took the time to interact with the dogs when they were in the house, and genuinely felt like friends in the couple of weeks they spent here. I know I probably wouldn't have been that upbeat and kind if I had spent all day baking in the sun when it was approaching 100 degrees. Overall, super impressed...and so are the neighbors. I'm sure they will have more business from our neighborhood, and I'll be recommending them every chance I get. Thanks so much Bizzy B!

Found the leaky tap, tightened it up and stopped the leak.

Responded immediately, dug up the waterline.....showed and informed me about different types of pipe to put in.....put all the dirt back and cleaned up the yard around the work. Excellent service. Very nice friendly!

They were very professional, keeping us updated on progress as it went along. They even checked our outside faucets and repaired one that was leaking. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

It took a lot longer than they had estimated. It ended up taking two days instead of one. We were happy when they were done with it.

This was the second service for this problem - first one cost about $300 for two valves - then it started leaking again. They replaced one valve, but that didn't solve the problem. They wanted to replace the thermostat, but I had researched the problem and insisted on the expansion tank. I do not like three visits for the same problem, and I really do not like paying almost $500. for a leaky water tank - I could have installed a tankless system for that!!!

Anyone hiring Bizzy B can rest easy knowing they are dealing with honest people.

I called Mr. Ford and told him that I had a clogged toilet and that since I was hanicapped it was the only toilet that I had access to. He stated he could have someone at the house with in 2 hours. 15 minutes later I received a call and his representative said he could be at the house in 30 minutws. He showed up about 5 minutes earliy. He cleared the clog. He was courteous and professional. I would use Bizzy B Plumbing again if I require plumbing services

He was able to fix it that day. He says that repairs like this is better than getting a new toilet. They seemed professional and did a good job. It was excellent. I haven't had any problems with them. Their recommendation was good. We've never had a problem with them coming out on the next day.

Bizzy-B was professional and kept communication open throughout our appointments. They were personable and timely. We will use them again in the future.

He looked at my project and immediately said that he knows of another guy who could do my staircase. I explained that I was getting 3 estimates so I should be OK. He said, "Oh, so you are estimate shopping...that is a whole other animal." He became rude, abrupt, and patronizing. He told me to be careful about the other remodelers on Angie's List....and added that he would provide an accurate estimate and not add on extra charges after starting the project. I responded that I hoped that everyone on Angie's List would do the same. He just shook his head. I asked if he thought he could have an estimate by Friday (it was Monday). He said probably not...it would be later. I said OK, I look forward to hearing from you, then. He said OK and left. 3 weeks later...still no response from him. I am really surprised that his business is on Angie's List and would warn everyone to look for a better, more professional provider.

When I called, I spoke with Justin, who scheduled the service call. He was very professional and could not have been nicer. Lance did all the work at my house, and I found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. The job took over 5 hours, so I felt the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

The owner even arrived to be sure everything was completely finished correctly. Very impressed with all of them, and the company as a whole. Highly recommend!!!!!

Dave and his assistant arrived on time. While one replaced the kitchen faucet the other fixed the attic lights. They we very respectful and courteous! I was very satisfied and will use again.

Lance knew exactly what to do and got it fixed right away. He was very friendly and professional. Plan on calling him for various projects in the future.

Did a great job and was very thorough.

The job went great. I was so glad to get it done that it made my house feel like it had gone thru a renovation. My home is 100+ years old, so you can imagine.what all it needs. The two plumbers Scott and Allen were true professionals and did an excellent job. They were kind and curtious nd cleaned up after each day. When has someone swept your floors for you? I would recommend them any time. BIZZY B you did good!!! And the best part was I could afford the work.. They work with you and make sure you are satisfied. I have more work to do so I am sure it will be BIZZY B.

They were on time, they did the work, they were very polite, and they got it done, and they left. It continues to work quite well. I had to pay an additional amount for the light. Their price was average, because I got a deal on the labor, but I don't think the gave me a deal on the material.

David was pleasant, he knew what he was doing. I watched as he worked all the wires. He even finished a little bit early and deducted some money because of this. Lance was here yesterday, David was here today and it was amazing to see to professional men who did not try to rip me off as others have in Knoxville.

He showed respect to a chair user, and that is quite unusual in Knoxville, TN, he was fast, efficient and did a fantastic job overall. I will hire him any time I have A problem, and do not think that I will get poor service from him ever. Thank you Lance for a job well done..

These guys are great! Despite a mishap on the scheduling of my service ticket, when I called to inquire why the team was late - Lance sent a crew to work at my house past business hours, after they had put in a full days work already. My situation wasn't even an emergency - but, he wanted to make sure that the scheduling mistake was made up for. They worked tirelessly until 9 pm getting everything diagnosed and corrected, even returning a light fixture at Lowe's for me on a supplies trip. My water pressure was so high it was more than double the recommended PSI, and they even inspected my lines under the house to make sure that nothing else had occurred I wasn't aware of. Best of all, Lance didn't charge me the after-hours rate AND gave me a discount for finding them on Angie's list. The work was done professionally by awesome technicians who were friendly and careful not to track up my home with dirt as they came and went. The next time I have any home maintenance problems, I know who I'm calling... Bizzy B!

It went fine and everything is working now the way it should be. They did a good job and did everything that I asked them to do. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He called ahead and was prepared with all the materials needed. He got the job done within the 2 hours that the deal covered.

Everything works now like it always should have. I am extremely happy with the work! He arrived at the exact time he said he would be there and maintained his great attitude even after he smashed his fingers moving my cabinet to access the water heater. I will definitely call him when I need something else done!
