Dearing Heating & Cooling

They were courteous, professional and didn't mind that we asked many many questions while they worked. They had attempted to get a little more life out of our 23 year old unit at our request. Two weeks later when the unit failed again, they actually deducted the price of the part they had put on the old unit from the price of the new unit. That impressed us! We would recommend their services to everyone, and feel like they were honest in all they said. The job took most of the day, mostly due to the return being under our house. They needed an additional part, but were prompt in picking it up and returning to finish the job. They finished up and cleaned everything up, making sure the unit looked presentable. They were great!

While doing yard work near my A/C unit I managed to sever the control wires for my outside unit. I spiced the wires back together and still the A/C would not come on. I thought that I might have burned up the control board. Not knowing enough about HVAC systems to troubleshoot the problem, I called on Dearing Heating and Air and James Dearing, despite being entrenched in a battle with bronchitis, was able to help me finish the repair by replacing a 5 amp fuse I had no idea existed. (apparently there are 2 control boards). Mr. Dearing has my respect and my thanks and more importantly my future business.

It went great...they had to tap into an existing gas line and installed it to code [making 90 degree turns] plus they were able to come off of an existing electical line for my kitchen box. Everything went smoothly, it just took a while since there were only two of them doing ALL the work. Stove, hood, and electrical box all worked (and still do!), so I'm VERY pleased w/the work that the Dearing brothers did. I would call them in a minute if needed and I would certainly reccommend them to anyone needing their services.

My experience with them was excellent, and a matter a fact, they were the only ones in the area to return my call about installing the furnace, because I had the furnace that I wanted them to use and because there wasn't going any sale involved in it, so they get extra props for that. They came out, they were well supervised, and they did it under the estimated time and the price was what was estimated and I had a gas furnace, so it was a big deal. They were very pleasant to deal with.
