The tree was only 20 feet from my house and was at least 4 stories tall. His team did a great job inspite of frigid temperatures. The guys were careful and courteous and even watched out for my neighbors dog who wanted to help. There was remarkably little damage to my lawn considering what was involved. Would definitely hire again.

The ArborExcel team did a fantastic job removing two large trees from my back yard. They were 60-70 ft trees, and had a fence 15 feet from them on one side and a pool 15 feet on the other side. They brought down both trees without any issues. They cleaned up, ground the stumps and did a fabulous job. Of four tree specialists they were the only ones that identified the type of tree correctly!

I contacted several tree service providers to remove a large,damaged bradford pear tree in my yard. ArborExcel gave me the best price. They were very professional, arrived on time and I was very happy with the job.

We bought a one-acre property two years ago that had over a dozen mature trees in addition to plenty of shrubs and bushes. The property had not been maintained for quite some time and the trees and brush were overgrown and out of control. It took us a year to relocate to the property from another state, and another year to renovate the interior, which was our priority before turning to the landscaping. Conservative estimate is that the trees had likely not been trimmed for at least four or five years, and possibly much longer. We obtained estimates from three different vendors. ArborExcel was the mid-range priced estimate, but we chose McKinley and his crew because he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and confident enough in his knowledge to be honest with his own limitations, and I respect that immensely. The crew trimmed 7 mature trees, including one maple that had to be nearly 50 feet tall, if not taller, as well as removing 6 other trees and stumps, a couple of which were dead. During the project, McKinley brought to my attention a plum tree that was just not going to make it and he recommended removal of the tree. As much I didn't want to lose that tree, I know his judgement was correct, and he worked with us to offset the additional cost of removing the tree and stump. In addition, they cleared out some overgrowth (pampas grass, etc.) in various areas around the property, and removed the branches that we had accumulated from our own trimming of some of the hedges, as well as branches that had fallen from various trees during storms. Throughout the project---from my first phone call to set up an estimate to the final bill---McKinley was very accessible, courteous, prompt and dependable. When the project was finished, the final invoice came in $175 LESS than the estimate because of items that either didn't need work or turned out to be less work than he had originally anticipated, a fact that he could have kept to himself and I would never have known any different. You won't find many people honest enough to reduce their bill after the fact. We were VERY PLEASED with the professionalism, courtesy, communication, quality and cost, and we would HIGHLY recommend ArborExcel.

Was very good at job and kept in contact throughout the process. Answered questions. Will be back soon to take down 2 trees and grind stumps. Knowledgeable and informative on ideas and information. Very pleased with work.

McKinley did a excellent job of trimming a very large Magnolia tree in my front yard. He works with a bucket truck, so the work was done in a safe and efficient manner and my yard was left clean and beautiful! I have recommended McKinley to several of my neighbors.

Arbor Excel came to my house and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate and scheduled a day for the work to be done. They arrived on time on the scheduled day. They worked approx. 6-7 hours and completed the job in one day. They were very professional, answered any questions I had, and were very neat in the clean up. They raked all leaves and small limb debris and carried them off. I would definitely call them again if I have other work to be done.

Provider was punctual and professional. They did the job exactly as described and the estimate was the final cost. They were flexible with scheduling as I am out of town much of the time. I would certainly use this service again.

I was very pleased with ArborExcel and the services they provided. It was a very expensive job, but looking at all the work required to bring this tree down safely I was comfortable with the price paid. There were some minor damages with debris hitting my fence (I'm surprised it made it out as well as it did) but the owner was quick to alert me to the damage and even gave me a discount off of the negotiated rate. There was also minor damage to a nearby tree that was struck when the main section was felled. The owner said that he wants to be informed should I need that tree to be taken care of and it would be on his time and checkbook. Overall very very pleased with his company, work ethic, and performance. It's nice to know that even when mistakes do happen (and they do) he was quick to make them right. Would call again.

McKinley was quick to answer my call and schedule me a consultation, then was able to rearrange his schedule to fit me in quicker than anyone else would even give me a consultation. He and his team were incredibly proficient and professional. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and did a fantastic job. I was incredibly impressed with the job they did, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had 2 100 ft pine trees cut down. They did a great job being careful not to damage our dogwood that was under one of them. Both of the trees were leaning towards homes and they dropped the large trees with no damage. Very pleased and will use them again.

McKinley and his crew were at hour house w/equipment to begin within an hour of calling them. They carefully removed the tree so not to cause further damage to the house. All crew worked diligently, not wasting time, until the job was complete. Excellent service. Planning to use them again soon.

I was impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of all 3 workers. McKinley is a highly qualified arborist. Safety was obviously paramount at all times. They even helped load some of the wood on our trailer for removal to another location.
