McCool and Sons

He's a fantastic contractor and it only took 8 weeks. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He and his three sons did a fantastic job!

From the planning to the building we never had the first problem. Randy and Jerry came out to our old house and helped us pick out our house plan (we had narrowed it down) and walked over the three building sites we had in mind and matched the house plan to the site. I made a few changes in the plans to suit our needs and by the next week he started on our house. He had built my daughter's house the year before and she said "when the port-a-potty shows up, they won't leave until they get the house done". She was correct. In three months we moved into to our new house. I did change a few things as we went along, such as putting tile in the office and hall from the garage, instead of hardwood and Randy didn't bat an eye. I came back the next day and it was done. Randy has a group of people who work for him a lot (electrician, brick mason, sheetrock guy etc) and they show up on time and get the job done right also. If Randy sees something in the plan that he thinks will not work for you in the long run, he will bring it to your attention. Randy and his sons (Jerry and Michael) work hard and are always pleasant. We have recommended them to several of our friends and they are very happy with their houses too. Randy's estimate was right on the money and very reasonable. If I had it to do over again I would get McCool and Sons every time.
