"Contracted with Jackson to grade and pour a foundation for a barn and grade a driveway. Concrete pad is not level or square, cracks in the concrete all the way to the base. Pad is not structurally sound and has to be completely torn out and replaced, $30k in poured concrete gone to waste. The area was not graded at all, 200 ton of gravel, over $18k in gravel delivered gone to waste. Do not hire him for any concrete job, he does not have the equipment and experience to pour large jobs or grade and compact the ground in preparation to perform the work. I am out over $100k between Jackson and the materials purchased. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY."

My business is also listed on other sites like google, thumbtack, and home advisor. I accept checks and credit cards as well as cash. I do not expect full payment up front. My rule is I get some up front and the rest can be paid in throughout the job and the rest be paid upon completion.

"It is a pleasure to deal with a company that shows up, exceeds expectations, and leaves with no issues-this sums up my experience with Foothills Concrete. I called multiple concrete contractors to have a driveway extension installed. Some didn't return calls, some showed up but didn't follow through, some were unprofessional. Rowdy III showed up on time, answered my questions patiently, and provided a timely estimate. Rowdy provided advice that made our project turn out much better than expected. When the time came to do the work, his crew came and worked carefully to minimize messes, were friendly, helpful, funny, and did a beautiful job reshaping the yard to accommodate the driveway-making it look awesome. Everyone on the crew was personable, and my wife and I enjoyed talking to them while watching the progress. After the driveway was complete, they cleaned up any messes, leaving the area better than when they arrived. I am sometimes difficult to please, and rarely am I completely happy. After a week had gone by without receiving the estimate, I emailed him. He apologized for the delay and promised I would have the estimate the next day.
