The repair is not completed. The technician did not have an ice maker that could replace the one not working properly. He is ordering the correct one and coming back next week that is the reason for the 3, 3.5, and 4 above.

It was refreshing to have honesty in a company that knew I needed help.

Great service and reasonably priced

Serviceman was on time and went to work to asses the problem. It was determined that it would be best if the washer were replaced as it is difficult to find parts. The washer is over twenty years old. I appreciated his honesty. I recommend him and will use his services if needed in the future.

Freezer fixed

Nice guy and arrived within two days of the call. Charged over $250 and did not resolve the problem or offer to come back and see what he missed. I feel incredibly ripped off and hope to save any other single mothers from the same experience.

First time i hired through Angie. Sherri from CanTech promptly called and made an appointment. Mike showed up on time and was able to diagnose and repair ice maker within an hour. Mike was friendly and courteous. I would reuse them again if necessary.

Mike Cantrell really knows what he is doing. He found the leak very quickly. When he returned with the replacement part, he had it installed within about 20 minutes. Very impressed with his work, and he is also a very pleasant person.

Just fixed my ice maker quickly

He was very prompt and courteous. He was able to identify where the problem was and had the tools and parts needed to fix the issue with my refrigerator.

Saved our valued refrigerator when the well known local local store we bought it from said that it needed to be replaced!! RESPONDED THE SAME DAY, and ordered part for repair. Made it possible for the refrigerator to keep running until repair part arrived about a week later!
