The team all worked together and pitched in to help. One female was on the crew, she worked as hard as the guys.

Did a beautiful job removing a tree surrounded by dogwoods and a Japanese maple without any damage or loss of limbs to the trees that needed protection. The job required skills far beyond the norm and the arborist is obviously gifted, with years of experience, cutting and carefully swinging multiple branches away from possible damage. The entire crew was friendly ,worked well together and left the jobsite in perfect condition.

We were VERY satisfied and highly recommend Paradise because we received excellent service from the beginning...they are honest, upfront professionals that will get the job done right. The team arrived on time, went over the project needs, and got right to work... they finished the project in half the time expected and the end result exceeded our expectations! Clint and his team were efficient, great to work with, and their communication was TOP NOTCH!! Our yard was a BIG long overdue project - with overgrown trees and bushes with ALOT of weeds...but they tackled it and made it beautiful again!! I am very satisfied and will definitely hire again. After reading all the positive reviews about this company, I was disappointed with the service I received. I first scheduled an appointment for an estimate and the person who came was actually a little early, which I appreciated. However I was turned off by the lack of a business card, a vehicle with a business logo or even a shirt with a logo. If I hadn't been expecting them, I may not have even opened the door. There was no way to tell who was at the door. I had previously blown most of the leaves in the back yard to the bottom part of the yard, but there was still some to be gathered. He originally quoted $150 to remove them, which is really high. I had already talked to three people who was going to rake the entire yard, before I raked most the yard, for $120. Since I had already done most of the work, I expected it to be cheaper. I guess he could tell because he then lowered it to $100. I still felt it was steep, but my grass was dying by the day. When explaining what I wanted done I showed him I wanted all of the leaves at the bottom of the yard. I work night shift, so when he came my grandmother was the one who took care of the transaction. She was under the impression he and I had talked about what was expected, so I was very surprised when I got up that afternoon to find the only leaves that were removed was the pile I had made and not one leaf more. The entire bottom half of my back yard still has a lot of work to be done, even though I have paid $100 to it to be removed. I am very disappointed with this service. This is my first time using homeadvisor.com, and I guess I was lured in by the positive reviews. Next time I will definitely do more research.

Professional and easy to deal with. I am definitely using this company again. They were on time and did a great job clearing heavy brush on my steep lot.
