Description of Work: Mario is a craftsman with general construction skills. He helped me renovate a lake house that began as a 1985 double-wide home but was updated with new siding, new metal roof, new metal underpinning, new covered front porch on the outside. Then on the inside he helped install new vinyl plank flooring with new carpet in the bedrooms. With his help we changed out all the appliances and renovated the bathrooms and kitchen. The overall project turned out to be like a brand new lakeside cottage that Wows everyone.

Description of Work: Have had to have repairs and re-remodeling done to accommodate the problematic building from this contractor and will continue to need to spend more time and money to make it all right. |Very expensive in comparison to other local contractors.

Description of Work: They added a gorgeous bedroom, bathroom, walk in closet and porch to our home for my Mama and enlarged our dining room. This was a very detailed job. The bathroom is fully handi-capped equipped all the way down to a handi-capped shower bench! She loves it! It has made taking a shower much easier and safer for her!!! She loves the heated floors also!!! We now have plenty of space for our entire family to move around the dining room with ease.

Description of Work: Mario put a new metal roof on our future retirement home.

Description of Work: Mario, has done about 7 phases of construction for me as we renovated and added to our retirement home on the lake before and after my retirement in 2010. The first phase was a garage with 2nd floor apartment (24' X 40') He did the entire garage project from foundation to roof to interior finish work in about 7 weeks. The interior finish work included installing a complete kitchen and bathroom. For another phase he replaced our home's composition roof with metal. He added a dormer to our house to match the dormer on the garage apartment. Another phase he replaced the siding on the house to match the siding on the garage. Another phase he bulldozed and graded the hillside behind our house and planted it in grass to prevent erosion. He formed and pumped in concrete for a 5' wide cart path from the driveway to the boat dock (about 300' long & approx. 34 cu.yds.) He formed and poured our driveway (about 33 cu.yds.) For another phase Mario, totally renovated the interior of our 1150 sq.ft. house changing walls and adding sq. footage to the loft area (about 240 sq.ft.). This interior work included sheet rock work, interior painting, replacement windows, new ceiling fans, and new flooring (laminate, carpet, and vinyl tile) He also installed all the new kitchen appliances and all the new plumbing hardware. All the work has been done quickly and professionally. Another phase included removing a wooden front porch and installing a concrete front porch with craftsman style columns. Added a new concrete lower level deck to the rear of the house. Replaced the wooden PT deck on the rear of the house. He also poured additional concrete in the basement of the house to provide a concrete floor under half of the house for storage and storm shelter use.

Description of Work: Mario graded steep hillside above Ky. Lake with dozer to dispose of stumps, ditches, weeds and brush. Then he spread straw and grass seed and placed stone rip-rap for erosion control.He graded in a cart path down the hillside about 320 long and 8 feet wide. He formed and poured 37 cy. of concrete for the 6'-0" cartpath and a 500+ SF parking / turnaround pad at the bottom of cart path. He also built a 4'-0" wide treated wood walkway 120' long along the base of the hillside to access a new dock supplied by others. Mario also graded, formed, and poured concrete driveway (42 CY) from county road to residential garage.
