Stanton's Repair Heating And A/C

We contacted him in mid May because the install had not been started. He said he would be starting in 2 weeks, that he was unable to get the parts, and his helper was injured. It is June 20, and I have left 3 messages, and he will not return my calls. Now I have NO air conditioning and will have to put the window units back in. I feel that this is very poor service.

Overa;;ll the job went well, while waiting for the new unit to come in, had to call them and say the old one was not profucing any cold air. They came right over and add freon so we could stay cool while waiting. They installed the new unit and added new duct work fron the unit to a new room we had added and had to install a new thermostat and return duct. This was all done evey well and in a timely manner

Our old A/C and were out and it was hot, we called in Stanton's heating and A/C Repair and he came right out and checked the old unit and fixed it so we would not be in the heat while he ordered the new heat pump. Then he came and installed the heat pump and had to do a lot of work for the return vent and installed a new thermostat later he came back and installed vents in the room we were building and installed ducts to connect in with the ouhter ducts. Meanwhile the wiring from the old unit to the thermostat was bad and when the A/C went off, we called and he came right away and run new wire from the thermostat to the heat pump. Very polite and was right here for us when we needed him in the heat. Kathaleen hall
