Welch Ceramic Tile

Extremely pleasant to work with! Honest, fair, on-time, and great quality of work. Everything did not go perfectly to plan, but did not try to nickel and dime. Very communicative as well. Very good experience!

The previous installer had done a very poor job. My new tile floor had grout popping up. The whole area was completely redone all the way down to, and including, the backer board.. It was done in a timely manner and all mess was cleaned up. The floor looks wonderful. It was a very nice crew that worked here.

He supplied his email address so that I could send photos of the fireplace along with an explanation of what was needed. Jamin Welch called to set up a time to stop by and see the fireplace. We discussed the problems with the granite tiles on the hearth and Jamin asked questions and gave suggestions. I told him there was no hurry with the quote. The next week I received an email with the quoted price and a date as to when he would be available to work. He arrived on the day and at the time he said he would be there. Jamin had to take the tiles to a shop to get the edging done to match the existing hearth tiles. There was a problem at the shop that was going to do the tiles. Jamin called to notify me of the problem and said they would be done the next day and gave a time as when he would be arriving. The next day the shop was still unable to do the job. Jamin found another shop to do the work and he called to let me know the expected time he would be arriving. He arrived on time and finished up the job. I was very impressed on how well the new granite tile edging matched the existing tiles that were on the floor. He did an excellent job and was very professional during the entire job.
