Description of Work: I had my roof replaced given wind. Sortos apparently didn't include drip edge as they said it wasn't covered under insurance (they didn't tell me...now i have gaps between the gutters and the roof material. As a result, My handyman found a snake skin in the attic. And, the wood between the gutters is now molded. Also, he caulked without cleaning on my fireplace. He didn't clean the caulk, so now my fireplace is falling down. This guy could have avoided everything if he 1. cleaned the caulk around the fire stack. and 2. Put drip edges or placed the shingles at least 1 inch lower than what he did. His excuse is that the insurance company didn't cover. This guy doesn't care about the job and the quality. He only cares about the money. In fact, he gave me an estimate for $4200 to fix.
