Fisher Appraisals specializes in providing professional real estate valuation services in the state of Tennessee. Appraisal reports are prepared with the precision that the industry demands. Furthermore, all of our assignments comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. We appraise all types of residential & small commercial properties, including but not limited to -- single family, acreages, condominiums, 2-4 family investment properties, vacant lots, and high-end lakefront dwellings. With 15 years of appraisal experience, we primarily serve Middle Tennessee; however, any county in Tennessee is not beyond our reach. Fisher Appraisals has built its business on integrity, honesty, and accuracy! I can't do appraisals for loan transactions!

Due to health circumstances, Mr Fisher didn't complete the work on time as promised, nor was he able to contact us. We understand now why the work was delayed and have received the documents we paid for.

Unfortunately I paid him before hand, I don't recommend doing that. He told me it would be done in a week. After 1 1/2 weeks it was still not done, he said it should be done by Friday, it wasn't. Sent him an email that he did not reply to, left a voicemail, finally I sent him an email giving him 2 days to get it to me or I was calling the appraisers board. The next morning he called apologizing and said it would be done by Saturday, Now it's Sunday night, a little over 3 weeks and I still don't have the appraisal. I needed this so I could get my house on the market to sell at the right price. I am disabled living in a 2 story house, I really have a lot of trouble with the stairs and am building a house on 1 level with a walk in shower. Did I mention that I am 66 years old? I guess I'll never see the appraisal. He said he's going out of town next week. Guess it's also goodbye $400. Now I'm going to put in a complaint to the board of appraisers like I told him I'd do.

I could not get this gentleman to communicate with me after several phone calls to both his direct number and office number. It took 2 weeks after he said the appraisal would be done before I received it. I understand getting sick but don't cash the check if you can't complete the work. If he had of told me I would have hired another. I got my report the day before closing and my time periods had ended if any work needed to be done. Very disappointed in this over all experience.
