Excellent! Jon Firari (owner and operator) was highly recommended by a friend, and he did not disappoint. This is not just a job for Jon, but a profession. He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade, as is evident by all the certifications he carries. Unlike most of the other companies that just give a quote over the phone, Jon came to our house to give us an estimate and look over the types of stains. This allowed him to educate us on how certain types of stains could be treated. That is customer support! On the day of the cleaning, Jon did a great job! Our carpets looked better than we had anticipated. Not all stains could be removed, but Jon explained to us why before he cleaned the carpets. Even so, our carpets turned out great. Overall, I would recommend Jon to anyone and we will continue to use Jon in the future.

We were pleased with their service and work. They responded quickly to our request for a quote and were able to accommodate our specific timing to get the carpets cleaned in the late afternoon the next week while the kids were out of town. There were a couple of spots that didn't come up, but with kids, you can't expect it all to come up. I'm sure.

Ultra Color Care did a great job on making sure the carpets were clean. I found them to be very cordial and efficient. I would use them again in the future.
