For the price, I have never gotten a better home cleaning service. Very good and consistent home cleaning.

The reason I rated customer service lower is the management of Trinity was not responsive to me. Sherry and her folks were wonderful cleaning and I am very happy with the care and attention they gave to our house.

Individuals doing the cleaning are nice and use professionalism. There were a couple small things not quite to my standard but well worth the money for the time, stress, and energy it saves me.

Customer service was quick to respond to my request for service. They got in touch with me soon after I contacted Home Advisor. I have only had one cleaning and the workers did not do some of the things they were supposed to. Maybe it was because they were in training.

They have done a good job in our home. Training their new employees would help before sending them into a customer's home. The second person that came did an exceptional job! She likes her work,, know what to do and does it with efficiency. I highly recommend Trinity Cleaning Care.

We hired them and have been using their service for several months. They call the day before to confirm and do a great job.

Will start Trinity's Cleaning Care service Tuesday, 4/18. Thus far I find them very customer oriented and accommodating to the customers' schedule and needs. I am unable to rate their work quality yet but will be able to do so after they do our initial clean next week.

The cleaning side of the business was fine. My issue is scheduling. the first time we scheduled for an initial clean the person was more than 4 hours late and I had to cancel because I could not have them in my house after 6 pm. The next appoint was fine. Today the appointment time came and went with no one coming. I did text the person who was to come and she said I was not on her schedule. I texted and left a message at the office for the manager to see what the problem was, 3 hours later I have not received a call back. Won't be using them again.

First time using a cleaning service. I purchased this as a Holiday gift for my wife. We both thought they did a great job. Jessica was outstanding and she fit right in with our two dogs. We felt so comfortable we left the house and she finished up. We are now going to use the service monthly. So worth it!

Expected more for the initial cleaning. But very courteous and plan on hiring for biweekly service.
