I had a beyond terrible and stressful experience. Ronnie was a super nice guy to begin with, and I trusted him enough to get everything almost set up and payed him in full. The actual units were not in place yet but I trusted him enough to pay him upfront for both houses. He came with high recommendations and I really liked him. On Sept 22 he just totally disappeared and even though I have called/texted/facebooked/emailed him literally hundreds of times from my phone and others he has DISAPPEARED AND NOT CONTACTED ME AGAIN!!! I had to stop work on the remodels as I was waiting on him to show up again and did not believe that he would SCAM me like that! After over a month of waiting I had to get new people in to finish the work that he never did and basically PAID DOUBLE again on what I paid him!!! I also found out that he had not pulled permits and that he is not licenced. WHAT A SCAM AND HE TOTALLY TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN!!!! TO THIS DAY, ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM. I AM BEYOND LIVID AND DISAPPOINTED AND OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM HAVING TO PAY OTHER PEOPLE TO FINISH HIS WORK. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

We had an issue in the house in the bonus room above the garage. The room was 80+ degrees and the HVAC would run constantly and the temperature would not go under 80. We called Tennessee Valley Air and the owner came down to check it out. He came down very quickly. He looked very professionnal. He told us we just needed to install attic fans and it would take the temperature of the bonus room to 70 without any problem. We told him we wanted to go ahead with this and he told us he would get us a quote the following week. We called maybe a half a dozen times, left messages and everything but we never heard back. So a few weeks later we asked another person to install the fans and the temperature in the room went down maybe 2 degrees. Very disappointing.

Due to the heat wave had to visit several stores before finding the motor, but kept his promise to find one and have it installed before dark. They were prompt in returning my call for service, showed up right on time, and worked until the job was finished. I will never call a different company for HVAC. They greatly exceeded my expectations, and all at a fair and reasonable price. It is great to be able to find a hometown company that really treats its customers like a neighbor.
