My husband called today (8-25-17) to verify that they would be out on September 5th to start. The owner of the company told my husband they would not be doing the work. When asked why he wasn't doing the job he stated he was going to have a family emergency. He struggled before coming up with the answer he gave. I wish I knew two weeks in advance when I was going to have a family emergency. He said he was planning on calling today but I seriously doubt if we would have gotten a phone call.
Description of Work: This company came out for a quote on July 16th, 2017. We accepted his bid and scheduled them to start the job on September 4th..
