Description of Work: We took our two year old Tiger Shark vacuum to have the engine repaired and after 6 weeks when they had not done the job we demanded to get it back so that we could take it somewhere else. They at first had told us that the engine needed repair and then added that the electric cord was bad and needed replacing and the cord had just come

+ -1 moreThey were really professional but when we talked to two different guys we got a different story so we were leery of them. They were really nice though. The quote was too high. They were inconsistent in their communication. They were on time and would call you back.
