True Blue was very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. They responded quickly. Once they tested the equipment, they let me know the issue was a defective unit and asked me to put pressure on the 1st company to have them either refund my money or fix the problem. I did and the 1st company replaced the defective unit. I will definitely use True Blue going forward for AC work. They knew what should be done!"
