G & G Lawn Care

It did not go well. G and G provided minimum service and emailed me an invoice monthly. I paid every invoice I received. On April 4, 2017 I sent Mr. Goolsby a text asking him to call me. I called his phone and left a message asking him to call me. He never responded. August 4, 2017 I contacted Mr. Goolsby (via text and phone) telling him that the yard needed cutting because I had guests checking in the next day. I asked him to call be before 9:00 pm. At 8:52 pm on August 4, 2017, he sent me a text: "I suspended service due to several overdue invoices totaling $600. Once payment is accepted I will start service next week." After checking my emails from G and G, I determined that I was up to date on payments. He emailed me 3 invoices totaling $600. Two of those were from 2016 and had been paid and cleared the bank. The third was one I had not received for a current amount due of $180, which I mailed to him. Mr. Goolsby never extended to me the courtesy of a phone call, a text or an email to let me know my account was in arrears, which it was not, and that he had suspended service. When I clarified this to him, he never apologized. His customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, and I'm 69 years old and my husband and I have been doing business in Franklin all of the 47 years we have been married. I would not recommend this man to come anywhere near your yard. He is crass, disrespectful and unmannered. He needs a new bookkeeper and a lesson in customer service.

They were pretty thorough and one thing they couldn't do they said they would come back and complete later and they have already called me to schedule and that's gonna be and they do a good job when they are here, very responsive to suggestions and things like that and feedback.
