For the most part, the concrete finishing, stamping and coloring were nicely done, the business owner is talented in this area, unfortunately the "nice" ends there. The ground work and forms were not done well, leaving uneven and awkward looking vertical sides and non-uniform curves. The final pour was hurried and very poorly done, in fact it looks like someone entirely different poured it. And my biggest complaint is that they dumped unused concrete on adjacent wooded property not owned by me that I must clean up.

The patio was poured successfully, but they let it dry to long before stamping it so the lines are not very defined.The color was done well, but we had to ask them to make the sides look better. The sidewalk was stamped well, but there were spots were the cement wasn't smoothed properly so there were crevices. We asked him to come back and he did eventually after several calls. The areas were patched, left to dry, recolored but now they do not match. We offered to buy the coloring agent, if he would darken the whole sidewalk. He agreed but has failed to return to do that. This work was performed when the weather was extremely hot and we think this was a factor. At the time we questioned if this were so but he said it would not matter.
