The entire service on our private pool was extremely smooth and professional. We had the liner replaced, water converted from chlorine to salt-water and diving board removed. The company worked well with our projected deadlines and communicated updates and modifications to us on a regular basis. We never imagined that re-doing a pool could be so seamless. The owner met with us for a consultation prior to beginning work and clearly outlined the details of the job (timeline, etc) as well as our financial responsibility (initial deposit, optional on-going service agreement, different tiers of service and any additional equipment/materials needed.) The work provided by Certified Pools, LLC exceeded our expectations.

They open and close the pool and are very good with salt water pools. They've also repaired surround tile for us. The poolman also has brought treats for our dog! Their fee may be a bit higher than what I've paid before weekly, but they don't try to sell me chemicals I don't need and I save more annually.
