AFFORDABLE FENCE

We had Stan & his team with Affordable Fencing install a 5' black aluminum fence at our residence. The entire process was fantastic. We received a quote quickly and it was competitive in pricing, they offer a PayPal option (credit card payment) and their turn-around time was faster than anyone else. Stan communicated with us very well throughout the process, answered questions & kept us updated with rain delays (2-days, but no one can control the weather). His crew arrived and went straight to work, when they had a question they did not hesitate to ask before "just doing it" and they were extremely polite and pleasant throughout the entire project. They completed the fence line in one day and immaculately cleaned up afterwards... you would have never known they were there, except for a new fence standing. Which is absolutely beautiful. GREAT JOB to them all and I would HIGHLY recommend them for your fencing needs.

Initial install went ok. Contractor argued when I asked that the post holes be 2.5' deep instead of 2.0'. I was paying for the additional length of material and had agreed to pay extra for any difficult holes being dug. After approximately 2 months the (2) 4' gates at the driveway wouldn't open or close. He had used 4x4 posts and the fencing materials was not dry, even though it was treated lumber. I contacted him about fixing the gates and he told me to just rehang them. I was 65 yrs. old at the time and recuperating from chemo and radiation treatment for throat cancer. I finally got hold of him again, after 4 attempts, and he sent a worker out to look at it. The worker said he would rehang the gates. I explained to him that that would be a temporary fix at best because the (2) gate posts were bowed from the weight of the gates. the worker called the boss and was told to replace the worst post and then they would come back an put the fence back together, they had to take down two sections to replace the gate post. I talked to the boss and he stated that that was all he would do. The worker had the fence dismantled and was putting in another post and said he would return to put the fence back together. I called 4-5 times over the next week trying to get someone out to reassemble the fence but never was able to contact anyone or get a reply to my messages. I put up a temporary fence for two weeks to keep my dogs in the yard. I was able to find someone to work with me for two days to fix it right.
