We hired this company based upon positive reviews we had seen and also after contacting folks on their reference list. Putting Covid aside, since our construction started Feb 14th 2020, I would rate this company as very poor in all aspects of pool building. The time to complete the job was over six months since they are a small company and could not field a crew to work on the job. I live in a new neighborhood and somehow my builder managed to construct and close on an entire house next door to me before these folks could complete my pool which was started before the home construction. It appeared to me they basically have no equipment of their own, hiring subcontractors for many facets of the job, including the plastering, Gunite work and the actual digging of the hole. The work site was left in shambles on many occasions requiring me to clean up after them which included shoveling mud from the street in front of my home since dirt was dumped here for their convenience and I think contrary to county ordinance. There were numerous areas of rework that needed to be done due to their lack of attention to detail. The concrete deck they poured experienced significant cracking the day after it was poured. The finish on the concrete is pockmarked and uneven as a result of a cold joint in the concrete since they did not order enough concrete for the pour on a 90+ degree day and by the time the next truck arrived with the product the drying process was well underway. Concrete coping is uneven and the plaster finish, which required the pool to be drained after the first complete fill and required another acid wash and a refill since it looked terrible the first time, is still uneven in appearance even after the second acid wash. All in all, for a $75K plus job, I think it was done very poorly and I have had 2 pools constructed in the past to compare them to. Design and placement advice was very poor requiring much more landscaping than planned for after they were done. I would not let these folks construct a bird bath for me. The owners were nice enough but that doesn't make up for the terrible experience we had. Save yourself some trouble and avoid this company. Just my opinion - good luck.

Not well at all. In our opinion we did not receive the quality finished product you would expect after spending 75K+. We felt the aesthetics of the finished product should have been much better and we were extremely disappointed since we have owned and have had inground pools refurbished in the past. Our opinion is run, do not walk away from this contractor. They are nice people but I would never do business with them again.
