Description of Work: After flooring renovations to my elderly father's home, the duct work was not put back in its place properly after the new flooring was installed. We called Lee at Liberty Heating and Air and he was there the next day. He went above and beyond by creating an entry point to get under the very small crawl space and fix the problem areas. Very reasonable for the amount of time and effort he exhibited. We also had bought a new unit for our rental property five years ago -- great service and no problems with the unit as of yet. Quality!

When his 4 wheel drive got stuck in my backyard, because they were working, with my blessing, although I told them not necessary on a rainy day, he offered to go get topsoil and fix the rut. If I had a nice backyard, I would have let him. However, I am a vegetable gardener. I forgot to warn him that area had been my compost pile 2 years ago....the soft soil was my fault, and fixing it is a matter of 5 minutes. Just the fact that he offered, impressed me. Oh, and he did cleanup wonderfully after they worked inside.
Description of Work: Installed new updated Heating and Air unit. Did come to the house look at system before giving estimate. Some of the people gave quotes over the phone, didn't even come out and take a look. One guy said he was going to quote one brand but then when he came to the house, quoted only a "cheap" brand and said we could not change brands. After a couple days of head spinning, Liberty came spoke to us like people who mattered. Explained differences and similarities and made us feel comfortable comparing quoted systems, while not "putting down" competitors. I wasn't looking for the cheapest quote. I was looking for a reliable system with good support. We are so happy to have found Liberty Heat and Air.
