+ -1 moreThey came out and did an inspection of my problems around June 10th. They claimed that they'd turned in the diagnosis the next day but American Home Shield said they didn't get it until approximately July 20th. When I finally called American Home Shield, they told me that the estimate was for approximately $1900 which would have meant I'd need to pay approximately $424 out of pocket for a boiler repair. Based on it taking over a month to get the diagnosis turned in (whether it was American Home Shield or White County's fault) and White County Heating and Air’s unwillingness to discuss the total cost of the bill led to the ultimate decision to go with another company.
