+ -1 moreI thought their estimate was high and that they were quoting services that I didn't need. The estimate was detailed. They told me what they wanted to do; I just didn't agree that it all needed to be done. My interactions with them were fine.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from them for a whole house humidification.

+ 0 moreVery POOR service. I would not recommend this service company at all. Called this service provider 4 times in a 2 month period that I was without air conditioning through late June, July & 2 weeks into August to try to get a quote on installing a new heat & a/c heat pump unit. I did get a returned phone from a woman in the office 1 & 1/2 months after my initial call to them to set an appointment to come give a quote. I never did get a quote from this company cause apparently they don't need the work. They never showed up or even called after that call.
Description of Work: Needed new heat pump/ ac install. Did without all summer.
