If you are looking for a professional contractor that meets the qualifications you set forth with respect to competency, honesty, integrity, punctuality, communications, customer service and fair pricing keep looking... This firm is a total deception. After a complete inspection. The repairs of common master flash maintenance was not performed, even after an engineer explained exactly what needed done. Ghosting after the incompetently riddled repair. Denying a follow up inspection. Very deceptive business practices and excuses. The roof leaks worse in the same spot than before Jauregui Roofing graced us with their skill. As of today the leak has not been made right. Nor has David visited the site after being paid in full.

David came out & looked at what I wanted done and gave me an estimate that I thought was a reasonable price. He was on time & came out on a Sunday to finish the job. He replaced all the screws in my metal roof with over sized screws. Also replaced the boots on my bathroom exhaust pipes & put new screws in my gas fireplace vent stack. Cleaned everything up after he was finished. I would definitely use him again & recommend him to anyone in need of any construction work. Very friendly & hard worker. Great guy.

Showed up on the time and date as promised for metal roof leak repairs . Did an excellent job in a short period of time the estimate and cost of the project was very reasonable I definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to have them come back for any further work I may need in the future. Update on 11/15/22..Retracting my original review still leaking where he said he fixed I called and was told he would be back within the week and no show I called again and no show for another week. I called third week, no answer and left message. Still no contact. It appears that I have paid good money for nothing. And being ignored. I am disappointed and do not recommend them for anything

David contacted me very quickly and came the same day to check my leaks. Sent me an estimate that evening. He came when he said he would and my roof is now fixed! I had waited for someone else for 3 weeks to just come and look. I am very happy with David and his work!!

During a recent downpour a leak developed in the ceiling. I believed that to be related to the roof and after David came by he helped us understand that the leak was coming not from anything externally but from the plumbing inside the house. From the first phone call I felt assured that our problem was in the right hands and that was confirmed after he arrived. Thank you David.

They return calls, and come as said. For me, a man giving his word, and keeping it mean alot. And he gives a three year warranty on his work.

We had our entire shingle roof replaced with a metal roof and some of the wood underneath needed repair also. These guys showed up early, got right to work, did an Excellent quality job and got it done in a day and a half. They are very nice, customer service oriented and professional. If you hire anyone else for your roofing needs it's your own fault!

I will certainly use David again. I appreciated his accurate assessment of our problem and suggestions to avoid future issues. He was prompt and courteous.

These days it is difficult to find reliable businesses to do small jobs. Not so with this one. Prompt and on time. Great personality. Easy to do business with. Altogether a really great job.
