Dave was very friendly and helpful. His rates were very reasonable. We had roof damage from a storm and Dave was able to come out the day after we selected him and completed the job in a little over a day, he even fixed items discovered after with no issues. Will definitely use this company again.

We were starting to notice leaks on the ceiling after some recent storms, and requested quotes from several local contractors to help. David was the first one to call us back (that same day which was also a holiday) and the first one to show up for an estimate the next morning. He was courteous and professional, and also had a clear strategy for resolving our issues immediately. David and his team showed up promptly the following day and did the repair quickly and thoroughly. He was consistently helpful and took the time to explain what he was finding during the repair process and what we can expect going forward. He seems to really go out of his way to make sure his customers are informed and taken care of, and I really appreciated that. I am sure his work will last, but if I happen to need anything else done for my roof in the future, I will not hesitate to reach out to Jauregui Resolutions.

A super experience. My job was an hour away from their home base. They made several trips back and forth. Also had to be towed out of my yard due to soggy conditions. They remained professional and cheerful in spite of all challenges.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DAVID OR HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. It is a shame that I need to write this review. Had David done his job or even tried to solve the problem this would be unnecessary. If you are thinking of hiring him, I suggest you read on. I know it's a little long, but I can prove everything I say here. David came across as nice at first, that changed. I hired him to re-frame a section of the porch that a tree had fallen on and to put on a new roof. His quote seemed a little low, but I read his reviews and thought it was worth a shot. I was wrong. First, I'll share the big things. We agreed on bubble wrap insulation which comes on a roll. We talked about it at length. There is NONE used on my roof. He charged me $1,100 for it and has made no effort to give me a refund. I have had it looked at by other contractors and they attest that there is no bubble wrap used. 2 days ago, it was very windy and the wind is blowing so hard into my attic that it is making the fan rotate my itself. It is so strong that even the vents are opening on their own. This vent opens into my house and I watched with shock as the wind came down into my house. The was an extremely loud "howling" sound in my attic the whole time. It was very disturbing and should not be happening. I now have a new problem that I have to pay to have fixed. Never before has the wind come into my attic. There was a beam that was broken and needed replacing. He simply screwed it together (I had asked for new boards, of course). I repeatedly told him that I was not happy about it, but he refused to change it. I wish that I could post pictures here. He also bent the tin to go up one side and only caulked a portion of it. I hope that it won't leak. There are small things like leaving screws, etc all over my porch, the yard....I am still finding after a month. They are everywhere. I had to point out that he did not put up the outside board. There were holes into the porch. He finally put it, up, but did not cut them properly and refused to paint them. When he started to get ready to do the roof, they blew the leaves off, but left it all on my gutters so I had to clean that up. We talked in detail about everything that was to be done. He did not do all that we discussed. I have tried to reach David about all of this. I have left 3 voice mails and 4 texts in the last month. He will not pick up when I call nor has he returned any answers to my voice mails. I have sent him texts. Some time back, he responded and said that he would come and explain the insulation and either bring me or send me a copy of the receipt. He never has. He said that he "wouldn't care to come. I have all of this in text messages on my phone. He no longer responds at all. This is hard on anyone, but I am also an elderly, disabled woman. I have limited income and every penny counts as I'm sure it does for anyone. All it would take is to refund my $1,100. I can use that to fix all that he will not do. David said there is a 3 year warranty on his work (it's even on my receipt), but that does no good if he will not come out and stand behind it. It is sad when people do not stand behind their work and take advantage of people, any people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DAVID OR HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

David is very honest. Showed up when said he would. Fixed our problem and couldn't have been any nicer or professional. Scheduled some other work with him that I didn't know he does. From now on any work that needs to be done that he does I will not be calling anyone else. The amazing thing is it was early morning when I found him on Angies List gave my info and problem. And within 5 minutes he responded and within 45 minutes was at our home and fixed it. UNHEARD OF THIS DAY AND TIME. Thanks again David. Greg O'Connor

These guys came up with a practical and affordable solution for my roof repair. They came out on a Sunday to make sure it was done before a heavy rainstorm. I will call them again for future work.

They removed my chimney and repaired the roof in one day. It needed to be done fast because of expected rain. They then removed the massive fireplace. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

Upon requesting a quote I received a phone call immediately, he came out the same day and was back the next morning to fix my roof. He was very thorough, kind and a gentleman.
