Computer Doctors, The

I wanted a computer that would have the power to run my games and surf the internet. So I called and talked to Chris and he told me he could build me a computer that would run circles around other's here in Sparta, TN. We spent $344.00 on this computer and trusted these guys but two weeks into getting the computer it would stop responding and would not go from website to website. So we took it in and they blamed it on Ben Lomand internet service which was not the problem. It started stating it could not find the hard drive and at start up it would do a computer diagnostic which I had to push F5 and then a Esc to get out of it. I have called them many of times and knowing they have in home service and could of came out and seen the problem they chose not to. Now it has not even been almost a year and have decided that getting a brand new computer was the only choice I had. Now when they find out that you are not happy and have complaints about the service and products they sale they start cussing and throwing a fit and start saying it is what I am putting on it and I had nothing but 5 games on it and nothing else. I looked under the add and remove programs and found stuff from 2006 on it and had to remove it. On getting the computer the front still had lint in it and I have complained many times about this computer. They knew I had no way to them and could of offered to come out but no they wouldn't do that and I was told to take UCARTS by Josh which they would not take me. So to make a long story short if you want a piece of crap that you have to keep on fixing then go to them or you could just go a buy a brand new one for the same price with more ram and more features. I called and asked them if they wanted to buy their computer back but of course they said no because they knew they took us in the first place. So here is what is going to happen to this piece of crap. I am going to take a sledge hammer and but it out of it's misery. Talked to Josh and he tried to say we didn't pay that much but I have the receipt on it and it states $344.00 well if I didn't pay that much Josh why was I billed that for this piece of crap? So people please if you don't want a computer that has problems all the time stay clear of this place and go buy a brand new one and stay far away from this place!
