+ -1 moreJerry and his crew have always been courteous, polite and on time. The estimate for the work was very reasonable and they did everything they said they would do. They were very professional. They even came back a few days later and repaired the yard that was torn up by the cement truck. They installed my pool 17 years ago. I was completely happy with them then and I continue to be happy with them years later. I would recommend them to anyone and they have received business from my recommendations over the years. I can't say enough good things about Aqua Pools!

+ 1 moreWhen I first called Aqua Pools to explain my pools problem, Mark gave me a very good discription of the probable causes...and sure enought when he arrived the problem was VERIFIED and FIXED ....ASAP!!! Aqua Pools has earned my bussiness....and anyone else that wants the job done right the FIRST TIME and ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET.
Description of Work: "Aqua Pools" in Sparta, TN was recomended to us by the "Pool Store" in Crossville, TN because of their good work on other swimming pools in our area. It is GREAT when people & companies in the SAME INDUSTRY can work together (and not be a DOG eat DOG attitude) I would recommend BOTH: The POOL STORE and AQUA POOLS for thier professionalism....and customer focus. The actual pool repair was done by Mr. Mark & Brandon Stamps of Aqua Pools. Aqua Pools corrected a connection problem created by S&W Pools of Crossville. S&W had tried for over a year to correct a number of defenicies that arose after they did the original in ground pool installation. Mark & Brandon Stamps of Aqua Pools corrected the BROKEN SKIMMER and rerouted the BACKWASHpiping to eliminate the kinking of the exhaust hose. Mark & Brandon also replaced MISSING PARTS for the underwater pool light which were never originally installed by S&W. All the good things apply to Aqua Pools service....Returned phone call...Quick & efficient & clean service...and good follow up to insure I was happy and all was working properly.
