AIRFLOW HEATING & COOLING

My wife notified me that the heat went out (very cold temperature). While at work I called AIRFLOW very early in the morning. They arrived at my house shortly after and fixed the problem (gas sensor or something to that nature needed attention). I felt that other Heating /Cooling businesses would have tried to rip me off with a new unit since mine is on the older side. Still enjoying the heat as I type this.

Have used the owner of this company for the past 15 years and couldn't be happier.. They have always been very professional and well educated on their product and services. They have supplied me and my family with excellent service for many years . A+++++

Our air conditioner hasn't been draining the water like it is suppose to so the water has backed up into the duct work so the stagnant smell of the water is backing up into the house. My grandfather spoke with the owner at the end of last week. The owner told him they would be out to check it out the beginning of the week. Monday comes and no one shows up. Tuesday comes and still no one. So I call him Tuesday evening and he says they will be out the next day. Still no one shows up so I again call him. Said they were out of town all day but they would be here at 12 today. 12pm comes around and no one shows. 12:20 still no one so I call. He said that they had forgotten and they were running late. I told him I had made plans to be at home at 12 so he could come and check it out. I asked him what time he would be here by and is said 1:15. I told him if he wasn't here by then I was going to find someone else because he had already blown me off 3 times and he told me to go ahead and find someone else. He kept making excuses, humming and hawing about why he wasn't here each day he said he would be. He was very rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone.
