+ -1 moreLet me first preface the following by saying we are firm believers in preventative maintenance when it come to our HVAC system. With that said, Accu Comfort has been a perfect match since performing the initial installation and subsequent annual Spring and Fall Tuneups. During the services, they perform checks and diagnostics, address current or potential future issues, cleanup afterward, and document/advise on findings/results. For example, during the last Spring Tuneup a potential future service call was avoided by the service tech replacing a suspect wire. Over the 11+ plus years, there have been an estimated 3-4 service calls beyond the scheduled Tuneups, and Accu Comfort was always promptly responded and made affordable repairs to get the system back in operation. Highly recommend Accu Comfort for both installation and service.
Description of Work: Accu Comfort replaced our old system with a 14 Seer heat pump system in 2002. Since then, we have used them to perform annual Spring & Fall Tuneups. Their last service was for Spring 2013 Tuneup.

+ -1 moreThey are fast, gave easy billing. They are thorough. We have a small baby and it was like burning up here, so they got it fixed really fast.
Description of Work: I used Accu Comfort for AC repairs. The AC went off, so they had to service the unit and it was fixed.
