We offer Landscape services, Lighting, Concrete repair/New Concrete, Patios, Decks, Fencing, Pressure Washing, Drainage, Minor Foundation Repair, Grading, Excavation, Demolition, Flooring, Interior Renovations, Painting, Trim Carpentry and more. Did an excellent job, but went overboard by trimming and shaping entire front yard. As they went along, I was assured it would not cost too much more. At the end, it cost $500 extra. Did not rake and clean area in backyard I specifically requested. Asked to borrow my ladder and then left it in the front of the house. Left a lot of yard debris in the carport. I had to leave for work about 2 hours into the job, so I highly advise other homeowners stay for the duration, guide their decisions, and ensure the cost is stated.
Description of Work: Weeding and outside window washing. Purchased $149 for four hours work.

Mr [Member Name Removed], You originally purchased 4 man hours of lawn or landscape work. You asked us to also clean the exterior windows. We were asked to pull weeds in the beds, trim and pick up and put trash by the road. We pulled weeds for 150 linear feet by 10'. We trimmed a dozen hedges. We were told that you were selling your home and that you wanted it to look good. That was a lot of weeds to pull and a good bit of overall landscape maintenance to be done. I wouldn't have trimmed something I didn't have a approval on. I gave you 30 min free with a crew of 5. That'[Member Information Removed] 2 man hours free. I also honored the coupon used. I had the property picked up and made sure that everything was blown off twice. As far as the ladder is concerned, we were informed that the house was a one story. When we arrived we saw that the home had a set of windows 14' high we knew that not packing a ladder was a bad decision. All we could do to save time is use yours. When you loaned us the ladder, it was located in the garage. When you left, we had no access to the garage. I apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction. Our aim is to always please the customer and exceed the expectations. When a customer tells me their selling their home and need it to be tip top I try to get there. I'm sorry that we didn't please you in all aspects. If there'[Member Information Removed] anything I can do to make the situation better, please contact me.

SCF Services employee showed up on time and went right to work. He cleaned out the gutters and then removed leaf debris from valleys. He had to leave for a few minutes to pick up a more powerful blower to clean out the 2nd story gutter. He even took a photo and showed me to verify that it was clean. He then swept up the mess. All in all, very good service for the price and I would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased. Sean and his crew are very professional and they even offered to pickup, deliver, and install our tree on top of hanging lights. They also scheduled time to come back after Christmas to take them down for us. My mother was so happy. Glad they offered this service.

That was my first experience using Angie's List providers and it will be my last.
Description of Work: I needed mildew water pressured off parts of my wooden areas on my brick house. I felt like it was a bait and switch. There were 3 people and they stayed one hour exactly because I wouldn't pay more. The "boss" said my house needed 4 hours of service. I would never use them again or recommend them to others. That being said, they did a good job cleaning the areas that needed cleaning, but now, I'lll have to pay someone to use something to get rid of all the water spots.

I'm very sorry to hear that you felt that way. We give coupons so that people can get a good deal. All Angie's list providers and most companies give coupons to people so that they can expand their client base. This gives customers the opportunity to see how the providers work and get an idea whether they want to use them again. Some homes take longer than others depending on the amount of time it takes to clean. Your home had mold spores, mildew, algae on all sides deep in the brick. You told us not to worry about the Brick because we had limited time, but we spent 20 min extra with 2 machines running to get the job done for you anyway. We pressure washed the whole house, the shed, the back patio, the carport, and the back patio hardscape. We had two machines running non stop until we were done. One of my guys even took sticks off of the roof after you giving him permission. We went above and beyond to bring you exactly what you wanted and more. As far as the water spots, when you pressure wash a house, it gets wet. It dries shortly after and you should be left with a beautiful clean home. Our special was advertised for 2 man hours for $99. With 2 machines running that puts us at 1 hr. We had a crew of 3 show up and work for 80 min. We covered all the chemicals used as advertised. We did not miss lead you about anything. We worked more than 2 man hours that was advertised. You asked me to do as much as I could get done in the allotted time and I tried everything I could to satisfy your request. We were grateful for the opportunity to serve you and just wanted to see your home cleaned. If a customer has a 2000 sq ft to be pressure washed they can't expect it to be finished in the same time as 1500 sq ft unless corners are cut. Our services are not meant to be the cheapest. We are aiming for the best quality. We put coupons out there to give everyone that opportunity. I am surprised to hear this, however I would do anything for my customers. To hear that you would not use Angie's list ever again is very disappointing. Angie's list is a great way to network with home service providers. These reviews aren't just given, they are earned. We did everything you asked and more. We were on time, efficient and polite. We take this very seriously because it is our livelihood. My only goal is to make sure that every customer is treated like the first customer.

Sean is very easy to work with and keeps you informed of what he is doing. Sean and two others worked nonstop for 4 hours hours to get my brick, stucco and driveway looking very clean and fresh. He even went on my roof to clean an area of stucco. Very happy with the results.
