He gave me a good deal on the metal roof. He did a really good job on the painting. He cleaned up well. Very little, if any, debris was left at all so he did a good job with his cleanup. Overall, it was an excellent job that he did. His price was very reasonable.

He is a general contractor. I had researched and found out that the estimated price could be $8000 to $10,000. He said it would be 2 to 4 weeks when he gave me his initial estimate and ordered the material. He came within a week after that and did the project which was good for me as I had a leak. I would grade him highly on my overall experience. He is very good. I had some questions about the tram on the roof which was from the previous roofer and he went ahead and took care for me at no additional charge. He moved a gutter that had to be moved because the roof had a high place in it; that was not in the initial estimate. He did that as well for no additional charge. In fact, I also had asked him do some other work here at the house. He had given me an estimate under 10 grand. I couldn't get under 10 grand from outside. He has been excellent, and I have been very pleased with him.
