Rain King Irrigation & Landscaping

It started off well enough. I selected Rain King to do the work, because of the contractors that I had bid on the job, George appeared to be the most knowledgeable about lawn irrigation. His price was in the middle of the 3 bids that I received. A few weeks after the sod was placed, I noticed that it was very uneven, bumpy and very difficult to mow. Also, the sprinkler system is in need of adjustment. Within the same zone, some areas are getting too much water and some are not getting enough. Initially George kept promising that he would come check out the problems that I was having. He never came back and has subsequently stopped responding to my phone calls and text messages.

While we did not go with Mr. King it was a tight decision. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also the only person we got a quote from that gave us a quote right then. Others took up to a couple of weeks to do so.

This is the second time that we have used Mr. King's service. The crew dug three new trenches for the new head supply lines. The installation went smoothly and they made an extra effort to restore the yard following their work. The entire project was completed in less than 2 hours. We appreciate the professional manner in which the job was done.

Mr. King and two assistants arrived at the appointed time. He assessed the situation and discussed the needed changes, including replacement of nozzles, addition of a new outlet and installation of a hose bib. Mr. King was very easy to work with. He answered all our questions and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. He completed the work in the time that he estimated. He cleaned up after his work and fully tested the system.
