Was a pleasant experience

Purchased a deal through Angie's list. It took a while to catch up with Brian after the purchase but he was very accommodating Evan with last minute schedule changes. The work he did produced excellent results.

We have had our carpets cleaned a number of times throughout the years, especially due to having an indoor dog, and Heavenly Touch has been - by far - the best company we have every used. They worked hard, efficiently and took pride in the work that they did. I actually went into the appointment saying that we were going to replace our carpet in about six months and just needed to have them cleaned so we could get to that point (carpets had gotten pretty bad). However, after Heavenly Touch was finished - I don't think we need to replace our carpets at all. They did incredible work.

I asked them to clean a small condo with very little carpet as soon as possible. Brian, the owner, responded and said he would be there the day I asked and understood my urgency. He cleaned a bedroom that I really thought would have to have the carpet replaced. When I saw it afterwards, it was incredible! It turns out he cleaned it three times. He said he cleaned it until no more turn came up. That is a true professional to me!!!

They were great and I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.

I had family in for thanksgiving. They brought their family pets, You cant leave them out. Anyway, our cat didn't like anyone here I don't think so he marked his territory. Oh my, did it smell . I found Angies List next morning, called this great company and they came the next day. It was an emergency! That took care of the worst part. there was no more smell. They are coming again tomorrow to do a total cleaning from the holidays! thanks guys for the wonderful job, and Thanks Angie! I also got a discount foe finding them on your list.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Took about 2/12 hours for whole house. There were a couple of stains he could not remove. He pointed these out and explained why he wasn't able to remove them. Will def use this Company again.

Brian Arrived on time and got busy right away cleaning the carpets. He did an excellent job and was pleasant and cheerful the entire time. I plan to have him back to do the tile in the home once we get settled. I highly recommend him.

They communicated well about their arrival time. Had a van break-down, but still got there and got the job done. HUGE difference in the carpets. Carpets still looking good after 3 months.

They were excellent. They cleaned an area rug and even cleaned some smaller throw rugs for free. They cleaned our driveway very carefully and cleaned the carpets out there. They did not want to clean them on our hardwood floors. They were excellent to us. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They arrived a little before scheduled. They listened to our concerns and moved the items requested. The cleaning did not take long. Extremely polite and cooperative. Would use them agian.

The did a good job, they were on time. They didn't seem to take much time to do the work, and were in and out in about 20 minutes. The carpets didn't stay clean very long. They also did not give me the discount I thought they offered of about 10%.

I called, leaft message on machine. I was called back within a few hours and arrangements made to clean our carpets. Appt was made for a day or t wo later and all went well. Arrived on time and left quickly, job well done.

The carpet cleaners arrived a few minutes late, but only a few minutes, no big deal. Two cleaners started the job, but one of them left after a few minutes, leaving the new guy to do most of the job by himself. The carpet did get sanitized I think, but it doesn't look much better than before they started. None of the stains came out, but I just moved in and I don't know how old they were or what they were. I don't really blame them for the carpet's condition, since this is just cheap apartment carpet and was pretty matted and beat up to begin with. But they didn't spend a lot of time working on the stains, they didn't get near the walls (there were still dead bugs by the baseboards in a few places after they were done), and worst of all, the guy who did most of the cleaning had grass all over his shoes, which he tracked all over my apartment. I didn't really appreciate carpet cleaners making the floor dirtier. Overall, they did a good job given what they had to work with, and the price was great. But I would rather have spent more money and have cleaner floors.

They were about 20 minutes late, but called to explain the reason why. They use a steam cleaning machine from their truck, and within 20 -30 minutes my carpets cleaned up beautifully. The carpet technician, Chuck, was very friendly and professional. He gave me about 1/3 gallon of extra pet stain cleaner to use in case of another pet accident, along with instructions in how to use it. He told me if any stains reappeared within 15 days of the cleaning to call and they would come out to remove them again at no charge. And the best part....I paid $40 less than the original estimate because they did not have to do the pre-treatment. This company had been in business for about 18 years. They work with just the owner, Brian, and his technician, Chuck. I would highly recommend them for their quality cleaning, professionalism, and customer service.
