Computer Tune Up

Could not have been better, I found Carlos via Craigslist; he was not on Angie's List, yet; obviously, he is on there now. Prior to this experience, I had never met him and he and I don't have any common acquaintances . . so, this is a completely honest appraisal. First the negatives, and there is only one, Carlos is located just north of Chattanooga, up 153, so, if you live south of Chattanooga, he may not be the guy for you . . but, read on, he may just be. Positives: where do I start?? Obviously I gave him the highest grades in all the Angie's categories, but, there is much more to say: Carlos is the first of about ten computer geeks (sorry, Carlos) that I have ever used that took the time to explain things to me in 'human-speak' . . virtually unheard of in the geek world. Second, and VERY IMPORTANT, Carlos let's me call him with followup questions and he gives rapid solutions that you can easily follow. Third, unlike all the rest I've dealt with, Carlos seems to have infinite patience (did I spell that right?) and I find that to be unusual and very much appreciated. He does not seem to mind at all spending as much time with you as you need to ask questions and understand the computer. As time goes on, his business will grow and this will test his patience, but, right now, he is a joy to work with. I put him on my smart phone speed dial; you will too.
