We had some floor supports and encapsulation done and couldn't be happier! Jered is extremely dependable and honest (which in today's world is hard to come by). They were extremely courteous and timely. It doesn't hurt that they were also an arm and a leg cheaper than everyone else! I just recently purchased a home where the crawl space had heavy mold and fungal growth with high condensation build up. I can also attest the space was used as, what I can only assume, a land-fill by the previous owners. Above & Below made quick work of the issue. In a manner of three days Above & Below completed the following on 1200 sq ft.: The whole crawl space was cleaned out of all trash, debris, and old insulation. They fully encapsulated the space using 12 mil white poly vapor barrier with taped seams and was shot into the foundation. Three joists showed potential dry-rot which they sistered to help maintain floor integrity. Aerosolize Anabec was applied to kill any mold spores in the air and on joist/subfloor. Lastly, the icing on the cake, all exterior vents were sealed from inside with foam block insulation, and an Aprilaire dehumidifier with condensate pump was installed. After having all this done, the humidity level in my home has shown substantially improvement and no longer has a musty odor. I had quite a few estimates done by other companies; needless to say, I could not be happier with my selection. Not only were they the cheapest, but the materials used where of higher quality as apposed to other companies. I am also pleased to say that all workers were courteous, respectful, and professional throughout every interaction. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly look forward to hiring them in the future should the need arise! 5 Stars!

This was work that was actually requested by my mother. She is a deaf senior citizen who signed the contract before telling me. I have seen her get taken advantage of in the past. But the work done by Above and Below was very well priced and workmanship was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.
