Home Security System Service
The install went okay, the real problem was at the end, when I was charged extra for things that were included for free in the signed contract. I brought it to their attention, and was directed to the owner. He was less than pleasant. In the end, I was overcharged about $140 (roughly 10% of the job total). Even though I have a signed contract, it's simply not cost effective to sue or anything over $140. So, all I can do is *highly* recommend you AVOID this company. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for a security company.
The kicker is, if I didn't pay the extra they demanded, they were going to turn off my security system - even though I had already paid $1500. So, when I got the bill at the end of the work, it was either "pay this, or your system is worthless". Not much of a choice....

I was not at all happy with the price they charged. We probably would have to hire them again as they installed the security system. Security First didn't come on time and called to say they couldn't make it way after they should have been here.
