Description of Work: They came out and they also repaired part of the structure, that was not right. They didn't charge me any extra.

Description of Work: I answered an add Marion King aka Mac King placed on the internet and almost immediately a represenative came to my home and gave me an estimate on replacing Vinyl siding on my two homes located in Centerville, Tn. The workers arrived quickly and I was almost dizzy from the swiftness and professionalism of the crew of Mexicans that came to replace my roofs and my vinyl siding. while the roofs were being installed the siding was delivered. i opened up the boxes and noticed that the product was inferior in quality to the siding that was installed originally and I told Mr. King directly that i would not accept the new siding. He came to my home and talked his big shot talk and walked me around and around my home and me being over 65 years of age with arthritis and worn out knees, and no mental equal to his business talk and his business sincerity, before i knew what was happening he had talked me into letting him install the siding.. he insisted that the new siding was of equal or better quality. He insisted to me that since i lived in a double wide manufactured home that he had never seen good quality siding installed on one. I kept the siding that his workers removed and had it installed on the side of my back porch. One morning as the sun was shinning on the south side of the porch i noticed that I could actually see thru the siding as if it was a gray bed sheet hung up to block some of the sun. I took a peice of the original siding and hung it beside the new siding and sure enough the original siding totally blocked the sun. with the new siding I could actually see the trees blowing in the wind thru the siding. I requested that the siding be removed and if nothing else replace the old siding that had been on the house since it was manufacturered 10 years ago. of course Mr. King laughed me off and told me he was not going to do a thing about this matter. Mr king knows about siding and about roofs, but he also knows where to buy the cheapest materials to do his repair work. Im disgusted by him and his manner, he big talked me and used my inexperience and my age and my heatlh to wear me out and get my signature on those papers. the pictures showing the extreme difference in the qu ality of the siding are available for anyone who would like to see then and see for themselves that Im telling the truth at any time. I can email them or call me and come by. the difference in the siding is very clear and easy to see.

Description of Work: Free roof inspection, worked with my insurance company to get my roofed replaced, then replaced it for the insurance company replacement cost.
