Bad, i needed 2 toilets installed, only one toilet works correctly now. They said I needed new lines or it wouldn't work correctly from now on. My other toilets were working fine when they started the job. So I paid them to fix the lines $2245.00 later and my toilet still is not flushing. Now they want $3000 more to fix it right. Stay away from this company, they do not guarantee anything. Very shady, new plumber said it looks like they did nothing to the lines under the house, very very bad company. Stay away!

I called R&M Solutions for a leak I was seeing in the garage. They said my toilet seal and water heater were the issue along with a "leaking pipe" in the garage wall. Estimated cost of $3,300. I told them to hold off on the water heater but repair the pipe and toilet seal. Two days later, the same water leak was detected after paying $2,100 for the repair (didn't replace the water heater). I had fans on the leaks after the repair, and there was NO leak from the water heater. They came back out and couldn't detect the issue. Their plumber said he would come back out the next day and no showed so I called. I talked to their owner, Robert, and he had NO intention of hearing the problem. He over spoke every time I tried to explain the issue. There was never a leak in the pipes or water heater. I had a general contractor come out and he determined the issue was a drain line leak/clog coming out of the house and there was never a leaking pipe. After I called Robert back to explain what he GC had determined, he was more concerned with who the GC was than fixing my issue that I paid $2,100 for. Also, this company tried to quote me to have the main water line replaced (6k!). The main water line was never an issue because the water meter was never spinning. This company is out for money and NOT to resolve the issue. As well as, the owner, Robert, is not in it for customer service. Stay away!

They did a very good job. Showed up as scheduled to give me a quote, then did the work with my acceptance while they were here. Installed a new faucet, repaired another faucet, installed 6 emergency shutoff valves. A very small drip was noticed later after they were gone, but they came back to fix it the same day. It seemed a little expensive, but in fairness to them, I needed it done and did not get any comparison quotes. It has also been quite a while since I have hired a plumber and there is always sticker shock and prices have increased. Plumbing is expensive.

They told me I needed a new fill valve at a cost of around $75 then then said I needed toilet augered at a cost of $165. I thanked them but sent them away. When I called main office to inquire about the service I was told they would give me an estimate on the spot and that they did not charge a trip fee. I asked what I would do if I didn’t agree with their estimate. I was told it was fine, there was no obligation. I could just send them on without doing the work. Which I had to do. (I knew I did not need a new fill valve because my general contractor who installed the toilet put a new one in about five months ago). So this is why I questioned their estimate. One of the men got very snarky and said “Well we did drive all the way out here. (From time of initial call, no more than 10-15 min.)Thanks a lot for nothing… “. He was extremely rude: totally unprofessional!! I could have asked my general contractor to come over and fix my toilet but I know he is busy with a lot of work. Given so many layoffs in our economy I want it to give the work to a small company who may not have had a large amount of work. I guess Plumbing Solutions has more clients than they need if they can afford to be so rude to potential customers.

They were kind, communicated well, and took the extra time necessary to finish the work same day. There was an issue that arose after they left and they were quick to call me back, didn't leave me hanging, and came back and make it right. I couldn't be happier with their care, responsiveness, and quality of work. I'll definitely call them again.

I called 11/01 to set up an appointment. I spoke with Steve he was very nice and very professional. I explained to him that we needed to provide our buyers with a quote to get a leak fixed so they could give it to their underwriters. I confirmed several times if there was a cost and he told me it would be a FREE. I also let him know that I would be unavailable today so my realtor would let them in. (I don't know if they record calls but if they do, I would like the call to be pulled) Fast forward to today, they were more than 30 mins late to the appointment and this afternoon, I get an email including the quote and a service fee of $85. Shortly after that, I get a call from Deborah (who was very dry on the phone) stating "they were unable to collect the payment at the time their technician Cody came out" I explained to her I was advised by Steve that there would be no charge for the quote. Then, Cody gets on the phone (but he is polite) and I had to explain the same thing to him. I also stated had I known about the charge I would have selected another plumber because there are alot of companies that will give you a FREE quote. I then offered to pay the $85 on 11/09 which is the next time I get paid. I told him we are paying for 2 homes until this one is sold and it just wasn't in my budget this week... I said he could call me or I could call him on Friday even though I don't feel I should have to pay for this. Then the owner, ROBERT takes the phone and he is immediately RUDE to me. He kept over talking me and cutting me off. He was like "I just need your credit card number! You don't go to work not to get paid right?!? We don't either!!!" He eventually got so rude with me and I had to hang up on him 2x... Smh... To be honest, they should honor what I was told and no matter what my realtor said to Cody, I am the client and I should have been consulted before they did anything different.
