+ -1 moreBob Leforce was very helpful and kind. He was very knowledgeable and showed us everything they had. We appreciated how quickly he worked for us. He went himself to another store to pick up the vanity we needed so that everything was ready to go together. Above and beyond.
Description of Work: We ordered 2 new camodes and a vanity.

Description of Work: I bought home windows, a storm door, carpet, and a shower door. All of the items were delivered on time (or nearly!) and installed professionally by their installers. The only "fail" is that I was supposed to get full-window screens, but got 1/2 screens instead. I have called 3 times and they should be delivered soon.

Description of Work: Lowe's of Smyrna, TN sold me an electric, hot water heater to replace the old one which had rusted and was leaking. The contracted plumber they sent to install it did the job professionally and was very courteous.

+ -1 moreIt’s good. I like Lowes. I wished it was closer. Lowes has a little bit better selection of merchandise. The stores are a little neater. I never had any trouble. They’ve always taken care of whatever I needed and they got me whatever I needed. They took the time to give me advice. If you are a shade-tree home repairperson as I am, they have somebody there who will tell you like don’t plug that into that or you could blow your house up. That’s always important.
Description of Work: I used Lowes when I was buying pots and saucers for indoor plants.

I wish that they had better explained, up front, what was covered as a part of the installation. It’s in and it works fine, but the best part of the experience was the good price.

Description of Work: I would love to be able to say that we had a positive work experience with Lowe's. Or that we had ANY work experience with Lowe's. They showed up late for our in-home appointment. Although we were told it was to get an estimate, it was only to take measurements and we would wait to hear from someone at Lowe's with the estimate. We waited. And waited. And waited. We made an in-store appointment to meet with the Window sales person. We showed. She didn't. We left a phone message the next day and it wasn't returned. I'm glad their business is so good that they can push away customers with such unprofessional service. But not only did Lowe's not get my business for this job, they won't get it for any other.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job and they were very professional. The finishing work was nice and they called us back after the work to make sure everything was okay. Their price was very comparable to others. They came when they said they would.
Description of Work: They replaced all of the windows and my back door in the condominium. They removed the old windows and disposed of them. They put in the new windows and fit them and sealed them.

+ 0 moreWe shopped around a lot before we chose Lowes. They had the best prices and incentives. They completed the job in timely manner. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They did have to call and reschedule once, but called way ahead of time.

+ -1 moreLowes installed three different floors before the final one was correct. It took them months, but they always had excuses. The only reason they completed my floor at all was because I kept calling and harassing them. I was happy to resolve this.
