Everything went as planned. The installers were very professional and came when they said they would.They lefy everything cleaned up when they left, even vacuumed the whole house. I am so glad I decided on Home Depot

I'm highly satisfied. They have different people providing different services so it would be important to get background information and references about anyone of the service groups that you were using. I've recommended them since then.

They were fine and very professional. Their price was good. I would recommend them.

Shopping experience was fine, measuring went fine. We changed minds, and instead of 1 color, decided to order 2 different colors. That changed the quote a couple times. Installer did not get the most recent copy of the quote and layout, so (foreign-speaking) installer wasn't going to install carpet in closet, as he said that wasn't included. Communication gap caused a little bit of anxiety the day of install. Finally, installer got the job done quickly, and with quality. Its almost a year later, carpet looks good as first day installed.

We chose this store because they had a convenient location. Tony Grimes is such a helpful person. He is so professional. He is knowledgeable and thoughtful. He will provide you with any flooring information and help that you need. He goes out of his way to make customers happy.

The door that was installed was already banged up. The installer did not put insulating foam in between the house and the door frame, and he did not put caulk around the top interior of the frame or the bottom exterior of the jam. He did a sloppy job on the caulk he didn't apply it to the exterior and left dirty smudges on the walls inside. He came back and fixed some, but not all of the problems. We had ants coming into our house from the inside of the door frame and out the hole where the door latch goes into it, as well as underneath the sill. I called Home Depot and they said they did not have anyone who worked for the company who is responsible for overseeing installation quality. We went to the store and left a message with the staff in the Windows and Doors Department for the manager to call us, but we never heard back.
